Paragraph 98

In section 395 (notifications and documents in electronic form) after subsection (6) insert—

“(6A)

Subsections (5) and (6) do not apply in relation to a notification or other document given by OFCOM under Part 1 or Chapter 1 of Part 2 to the European Commission, BEREC or the regulatory authorities of member States (within the meaning of that Chapter).”
