Paragraph 14 The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003

In regulation 25(1) of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 M1, in the definition of “credit institution”—

(a)

for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and

(b)

after “business of credit institutions” insert “ (as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
