Regulation 6 Transitional period for defined benefits and hybrid schemes

For the purposes of section 30 of the Act (transitional period for defined benefits and hybrid schemes), the transitional period for defined benefits and hybrid schemesF1..., beginning with the day on which section 3 (automatic enrolment) comes into force F2, ends on, but includes, 30th September 2017 .
