(1)

In Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (tribunal jurisdictions), after the entry for “Section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996” insert—

  • “Section 27K of that Act (complaints about tips etc)

  • Section 27N of that Act (complaints about information)”.

In the Employment Rights Act 1996—

(a)

in section 194 (House of Lords staff), after subsection (2)(a) insert—

“(aa)

Part 2B,”;

(b)

in section 195 (House of Commons staff), after subsection (2)(a) insert—

(c)

in section 199 (mariners)—

(i)

in subsection (1), for “Part II”, substitute “Parts 2 and 2B”;

In the Employment Tribunals Act 1996—

(a)
