In rule 23—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for the words “paragraph 18A of Schedule 11”, substitute the words “section 31 of the 1996 Act”; and
(b)
in paragraph (6), for the words “rule 30”, substitute the words “any direction of a Minister of the Crown under rule 30A(1) or order of the Appeal Tribunal under rule 30A(2)(a) read with rule 30A(1),”.
