Rule 7 I1

In rule 7(1)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (d), for the words “Part VI of the 1978 Act” substitute the words “Part XI of the Employment Rights Act 1996”; and

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“; or
(e)
the Chairman of the CAC in the case of an appeal from a declaration or order of, or arising in any proceedings before, the CAC under regulation 38(8) of the 1999 Regulations”.
