Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003^f1.

In regulation 3 (amendments to the principal Regulations) a reference to a numbered regulation or Schedule is a reference to the regulation or, as the case may be, Schedule bearing that number in the principal Regulations.
