Section 115 Amendments of the Employment and Training Act 1973.C1
England, Wales and Scotland
The M1 Employment and Training Act 1973 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in Schedule 14 to this Act, being amendments which provide for the status of the bodies established under section 1(1) of that Act and enlarge the powers of the Secretary of State to make arrangements for the purpose of providing or obtaining employment.
