In section 5A of the Utilities Act 2000 (duty of Authority to carry out impact assessment), in subsection (2)—
(a)
in paragraph (b), after “gas meters)” insert “or in the operation of a multi-purpose interconnector”;
(b)
in paragraph (c), after “electricity” insert “or the operation of a multi-purpose interconnector”.
