Section 149 Application of sums paid by virtue of section 146(4) or 148(3)I1

Scheme regulations may make provision about the application of amounts paid by virtue of section 146(4)(a) or 148(3).

Provision made by virtue of subsection (1) may require the payment of amounts into the Consolidated Fund.
