Article 55E Renewables obligation orders: procedureF1
Before making a renewables obligation order, the Department must consult—
(a)
the Authority,
(b)
the Council,
(c)
the electricity suppliers to whom the proposed order would apply,
(d)
such generators of electricity from renewable sources as the Department considers appropriate, and
(e)
such other persons, if any, as the Department considers appropriate.
