Paragraph 1 IntroductionI1

In this Schedule—

• “energy supply” means—

  1. (a)

     GB non-domestic electricity supply, or

  2. (b)

     GB non-domestic gas supply;

• “licensed supplier” means—

  1. (a)

     a licensed electricity supplier, or

  2. (b)

     a licensed gas supplier;

• “GB non-domestic relief regulations” means regulations under section 9(1) or (2);

• “support scheme” means provision in GB non-domestic relief regulations for—

  1. (a)

     reducing the amounts that would otherwise be charged for energy supply by licensed suppliers, and

  2. (b)

     making payments to those suppliers in respect of those reductions.
