GB non-domestic relief regulations may provide for civil penalties.
(2)
GB non-domestic relief regulations may provide for obligations under the regulations to be enforceable as, or as if they were, relevant requirements for the purposes of section 25 of the Electricity Act 1989 or section 28 of the Gas Act 1986.
