NI non-domestic relief regulations may provide for obligations under the regulations to be enforceable as, or as if they were, relevant requirements for the purposes of Article 41A or 41B of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/419 (N.I. 6)).
