Northern Ireland
(1)
The Department may exercise the power in section 21 only in respect of a licence granted under Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 or Article 8 of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
(2)
The Department may exercise the power in section 22 only for the purpose of giving a direction to—
(a)
the Northern Ireland Regulator;
(b)
a person who holds a licence granted under Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 or Article 8 of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
