Explanatory note

These Regulations, issued free of charge, amend Schedules 1, 2 and 4 to the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 to correct drafting errors. Those Regulations implement Article 8(4) to (6) of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency^f1.

An impact assessment has not been prepared for these Regulations as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen. An Explanatory Memorandum is available alongside these Regulations on www.legislation.gov.uk.
