Article 167 Application
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), this Chapter applies in relation to the service of—
(a)
petitions,
(b)
applications,
(c)
documents relating to petitions or applications, and
(d)
court orders,
which are required to be served by any provision of the 1986 Act or these Rules (“court documents”).
(2)
For the purposes of the application by this Chapter of CPR Part 6 to the service of documents in energy supply company administration proceedings—
(a)
an application commencing energy supply company administration proceedings, or
(b)
an application within energy supply company administration proceedings against a respondent,
is to be treated as a claim form.
