Article 74 Assignment of right to dividend

If a person entitled to a dividend gives notice to the energy administrator that the person wishes the dividend to be paid to another person, or that the person has assigned the person's entitlement to another person, the energy administrator must pay the dividend to that other accordingly.

A notice under this Rule must specify the name and address of the person to whom payment is to be made.
