Article 86 Notice of resignation
(1)
The notice of resignation must be in Form ESCA14.
(2)
The notice must be filed with the court, and a copy delivered to the registrar of companies.
(3)
A copy of the notice of resignation must be sent by the energy administrator not more than 5 business days after it has been filed with the court to all those to whom notice of intention to resign was sent.
