In section 324 (rights of entry)—

(a)

in subsection (1B), as inserted by paragraph 21 of Schedule 4 to the Infrastructure Act 2015—

(i)

in the opening words, for “Mayor of London” substitute “relevant mayor”;

(ii)

in paragraph (a), for “Mayor of London” substitute “relevant mayor”;

(iii)

in paragraph (a), for “for the Mayor” substitute “the mayor”;

(iv)

in paragraph (b) for “Mayor of London” substitute “the relevant mayor”;

(b)

after subsection (1B), as inserted by paragraph 21 of Schedule 4 to the Infrastructure Act 2015, insert—

“(1BZA)
For the purposes of subsection (1B), the “relevant mayor”—
(a)
where the proposal is for a Mayoral development order to be made by the Mayor of London, the Mayor of London,
(b)
where the proposal is for a Mayoral development order to be made by the mayor of a mayoral combined authority, that mayor, or
(c)
where the proposal is for a Mayoral development order to be made by the mayor of a mayoral combined county authority, that mayor.”
