In section 303 (fees for planning applications etc)—

(a)

in subsection (1ZA)(a), after “London” insert “or the mayor of a combined authority or combined county authority”;

(b)

in subsection (10A), as inserted by paragraph 19(3) of Schedule 4 to the Infrastructure Act 2015—

(i)

after “London”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, the mayor of a combined authority or combined county authority,”;

(ii)

after “Mayor of London”, in the second place it occurs, insert “, the mayor,”.
