In subsection (1)—

(a)

after “borough” insert “, or a combined authority or CCA,”;

(b)

after the second “council” insert “or combined authority or CCA”.

(3)

In subsection (2), after “local authority” insert “or a non-mayoral combined authority or non-mayoral CCA”.
