In Schedule 5A (overview and scrutiny committees and audit committees of combined authorities)—

(a)

in the heading, omit “and audit committees”;

(b)

omit paragraph 4 and the preceding italic heading.

In Schedule 5AA (inserted by Schedule 5 to this Act)—
