In section 56 (application to the Crown), after subsection (6) insert—

“(6A)

Section 54A and Schedules 7A and 7B apply where the interest of the landlord, or any other interest in the land in question, belongs to His Majesty in right of the Crown or the Duchy of Lancaster or to the Duchy of Cornwall, or belongs to a Government department or is held on behalf of His Majesty for the purposes of a Government department, in like manner as if that interest were an interest not so belonging or held.”
