Schedule 1A (as inserted by paragraph 2 of this Schedule) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

In the heading, for “CCAs that are established mayoral strategic authorities” substitute “Mayoral CCAs”.

For paragraph A1 substitute—

This Schedule applies to a mayoral CCA.

(2)

Accordingly, in the following provisions of this Schedule—

(a)

“CCA” means a mayoral CCA;

(b)

a reference to an overview and scrutiny committee is a reference to such a committee of a mayoral CCA.
