Schedule 2 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
For the words “section 270 (fees)” there is substituted “section 270(3)”.
(3)
The words “section 271 (Insolvency Services Account: interest)” are omitted.
