In regulation B3A(6)(b)(ii) of the Teachers' Regulations 1997^f1 (employment in accepted school) for “a petition for an administration order has been presented, or an administration order made under Part II of” substitute “an administration application has been made or a notice of intention to appoint an administrator has been filed with the court or an administrator has been appointed under Schedule B1 to”.
