Paragraph 41 Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11)

The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 3A (regulated sector and supervisory authorities), in paragraph 4(1), for paragraph (d) there is substituted—
“(d)the Office of Fair Trading;”.
