Paragraph 25
United Kingdom
Tribunal rules may make provision for the Tribunal to transfer F1all or any part of a claim made in proceedings under section 47A of the 1998 Act to—
(a)
the High Court or F2the county court in England and Wales or the High Court or a county court in Northern Ireland; or
(b)
the Court of Session or a sheriff court in Scotland.
