In section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 (failure to give statement of employment particulars etc)—
(a)
in subsection (2)(b), after “change)” insert “ or under section 41B or 41C of that Act (duty to give a written statement in relation to rights not to work on Sunday) ”;
(b)
in subsection (3)(b), after “1996” insert “ or under section 41B or 41C of that Act ”.
