Article 15 The Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1988

Regulation 2(6)(a) of the Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1988^f1 shall be amended by substituting, for the words “or the Secretary of State”, the words “, the Secretary of State, Scottish Enterprise or Highlands and Islands Enterprise”.
