In section 5(6) of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 (constable’s power to seize vehicles and contents)—

(a)

in paragraph (b) after “presence of” insert “or at the request of”;

(b)

in paragraph (c) for “without such an officer present” substitute “in any other case”.
