Regulation 6 Amendment of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f1 are amended as follows.

In the Schedules, for “exit day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.

(3)

In Schedule 2—

(a)

for “post-exit”, in each place it occurs, except in the title of inserted Article 127P, substitute “post-IP completion” ;

(b)

for “pre-exit”, in each place it occurs, substitute “pre-IP completion”;

(c)

in inserted Article 127P—

(i)

in the title, for “Periods before exit and post-exit” substitute “Post-IP completion periods”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (5).
