Regulation 21 Amendment of regulation 41 (application for commercial confidentiality)I1

In regulation 41 (application for commercial confidentiality), after paragraph (1), insert—

“(1A)

Where an application for commercial confidentiality is made to SEPA, any fee payable under a charging scheme for the application is payable by the applicant or the authorised person, as appropriate.”.
