Regulation 32 Amendment of regulation 64 (consolidation of permits and registrations)I1

In regulation 64 (consolidation of permits and registrations), after paragraph (9), insert—

“(9A)

Where SEPA carries out a SEPA initiated consolidation under paragraph (2) or (4), any fee payable under a charging scheme for that consolidation is payable by the authorised person.”.
