Regulation 34 Amendment of regulation 69 (offences)I1

In regulation 69 (offences), after paragraph (1)(l), insert—

“(la)

knowingly causes false information or, information falsely purporting to be a copy or reproduction of information, to be contained in the register required to be maintained by SEPA under regulation 38 of these Regulations.”.
