Paragraph 10 Controlled Waste Regulations 1992I1

In regulation 7(1) (waste not to be treated as industrial or commercial waste) of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992f1—
(a)
for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—
“(b)the supply or application of sewage sludge to land authorised by or under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018f2.”,
(b)
omit sub-paragraph (c).
