Paragraph 17 Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008I1

In the Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008^f1, for regulation 8 (exclusions from storage capacity) substitute—

“(d)

any quantity of livestock manure to be transferred to a person authorised by permit or registration under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f2 to collect, recover or dispose of manure;”.
