Paragraph 4 Existing water registrations: CAR closed culvert registration activityI1

An existing water registration which authorised a CAR closed culvert registration activity, to the extent that it authorised a CAR closed culvert registration activity, has effect on or after the water sunset date as if it were a registration (within the meaning of the 2018 Regulations) (“a deemed registration”).

A deemed registration for a CAR closed culvert registration activity is subject to the standard conditions applicable to a crossing registration activity under the 2018 Regulations.
