Paragraph 7 Existing water registration: period between relevant date and water sunset dateI1

Scotland

For the purposes of regulation 7 of the 2018 Regulations, an existing water registration is—

(a)

to be treated as an authorisation (“a deemed authorisation”) under the 2018 Regulations, and

(b)

any condition subject to which the existing water registration is granted has effect as if it were a condition attached to the deemed authorisation,

during the period between the relevant date and the earlier of the water sunset date or the date on which an application for a permit is made.
