Paragraph 4 Modifying an application
F1(1)
An application may be modified by the applicant before it is determined if SEPA agrees in writing to the modification.
F2(2)
Where an application is modified by the applicant, any fee payable under a charging scheme for the modification of an application is payable by the applicant.
