Paragraph 11 Authorisation conditions: costs of disposal of waste in landfillF1
SEPA must ensure that a permit for a landfill activity includes such conditions as it considers appropriate to ensure that the charges imposed for the disposal of waste at the landfill covers all of the following—
(a)
the costs of setting up and operating the landfill,
(b)
the costs of the financial security or equivalent arrangement required under paragraph 8(1)(d),
(c)
the estimated costs for the closure and after-care of the landfill site for a period of at least 30 years from its closure.
