Paragraph 3 ScopeF1
For the purposes of this schedule, waste is applied to the land where it is added to the land by—
(a)
spreading it on the surface of the land,
(b)
injecting it into the land,
(c)
placing it below the surface of the land,
(d)
mixing it with the surface layers of the land.
