The following formula is to be used to calculate the emission concentration at the standard percentage oxygen concentration—

E_{S} = \frac{21 - O_{S}}{21 - O_{M}} \times E_{M}

In sub-paragraph (1)—

“E_S” means calculated emission concentration at the standard percentage oxygen concentration,
“E_M” means measured emission concentration,
“O_S” means standard oxygen concentration,
“O_M” means measured oxygen concentration.
