Regulation 6 Other legislation
These Regulations are without prejudice to—
(a)
the right of any responsible operator to limit liability in accordance with the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims 1976 M1; and
(b)
any other enactment concerning damage to the environment.
