Paragraph 26 I1
In section 10 of the M1Local Government Act 1985 (joint arrangements for waste disposal functions), in subsection (4), for the words “Part I of the Control of Pollution Act 1974” there shall be substituted the words “ Part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ”.
