Paragraph 8
(1)
The grant for the special project element of an environmental stewardship agreement shall be the sum of the grant for each special project activity included in it.
(2)
The grant for a special project activity shall be—
(a)
calculated at the rate specified for it, or
(b)
the amount specified for it
in the environmental stewardship agreement.
