Article 2 Amendment
(1)
The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Somerset Levels and Moors) Designation Order 1922f1 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
(2)
In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement).—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for “£125” there shall be substituted “£130”; and
(b)
in paragraph (2), for the table there shall be substituted the following table:
“
£ per hectare of land per annum Schedule 2 215 Schedule 3 80 Schedule 4 415 ”.
