Section 35 (general: definitions) is amended as follows.

In the definition of “religion or belief”, for “Part 2 (as defined by section 44)” substitute “ section 10 of the Equality Act 2010 ”.

(3)

For the definition of “sexual orientation” substitute—

““sexual orientation” has the same meaning as in section 12 of the Equality Act 2010.”
