Section XX Welsh Tales £3. per Annum.

Provided neverthelesse That it shall be lawfull to returne any Person to serve upon the Tales in any County within the Dominion of Wales who shall have within the same County Three Pounds by the yeare above Reprizes in manner aforesaid and not otherwise.
